The Tip Club™ is a high-yield subscription framework designed to increase customer conversion loops across the TippdOff™ tracking registry. Subscribing members pay a fixed monthly fee that acts as an optimization cushion against unmasked restaurant junk fees, forced service surcharges, and unexpected auto-gratuities.
Core Program Logic
The Covered Tip Benefit: A premium club subscriber receives a recurring monthly allowance that covers the surcharge, forced fee, or gratuity of one restaurant dining transaction per calendar month, up to a maximum threshold of $25.00.
Target Launch Territories: Integration rules map across our primary coordinate tracking zones, including Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Central Florida, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C.
Operational Processing Architecture
Because TippdOff™ functions independently from a restaurant's physical Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal computers, the system executes a secure Digital Ledger Wallet Reimbursement Model:
Transaction Event
A premium subscriber pays their restaurant bill containing a forced fee or auto-gratuity.
OCR Image Capture Gate
The customer takes a clear picture of their physical itemized paper receipt and uploads it directly using the TippdOff™ native application interface wrapper.
Automated Verification Pipeline
The backend serverless system executes an asynchronous document analysis process to extract fee parameters, verify the restaurant node identity, and confirm the surcharge line items.
Ledger Wallet Payout
Once verified, the approved credit amount (up to the tier limit) is immediately dispatched into the user's secure digital wallet account or pushed back to their linked checking account via Stripe Connect.
Financial Risk & Break-Even Mitigations
Offering a fixed financial benefit ($25.00) for a lower recurring monthly subscription price creates an adverse selection vulnerability. To ensure Capital Asset Builders retains core capitalization requirements, three algorithmic cushions are engineered into the logic:
Breakage Optimization: Business models utilize standard statistical insurance principles—a predictable percentage of monthly subscribers will simply fail to file their single claim before the monthly calculation ledger closes.
Non-Cumulative Caps (No Rollover): Claim balances operate on a strict "use-it-or-lose-it" 30-day calendar cycle. Unused monthly credit lines reset instantly to prevent compounding liabilities on the corporate balance sheet.
B2B Network Subsidies: Partnered restaurants maintaining a certified "A-Grade" verification status on our public map help subsidize a portion of the premium token payouts. In exchange, they receive highest-priority placement on the local consumer feed, driving foot traffic directly to their doors.
